Dr. Hafid Agourram

Dr Agourram is an associate professor in the Williams school of Business at Bishop's University. He teaches Management Information Systems courses. He is also a regular member in the Geobusiness Research Center at the University of Sherbrooke. His research interest includes Information Systems Success Evaluation in multicultural environment. He developed IS success models in France, Canada and Germany and he is working on developing other models in other cultures. Dr Hafid Agourram is also Visiting Professor at King Fahd University, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Prof Bill Robson

Professor Robson is an associate professor at Bishop's University. He served as a dean of the Williams school for more than ten years. His research interest includes E-learning systems evaluation in multicultural environment
