Dr Vida Skudiene

Assoc.prof.dr. Vida Škudienė studied Economics at Kaunas Technological University and acquired bachelor degree in economics in 1981. In 1989 graduated from Latvia’s State University Foreign Languages’ Faculty and acquired a bachelor degree in English Language and Literature. For 10 years Vida worked at Vytautas Magnus University English Philology Department. She holds a degree of Master of Arts in English Philology and a doctorate in Social Science, Education. She is an author of many articles and has recently published a methodological guide for bachelor and master studies students “Foreign language teaching and learning research”. Presently Vida is Dean of bachelor studies at ISM University of Management and Economics and an educational consultant of Macmillan Education. Interest areas include Teacher development, Teaching methods, Curricula design, ESP, Foreign language research methodology, External school audit, Management education.

Prof. Ruta Kazlauskaite

Ruta Kazlauskaite is an Associate Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics, Kaunas,Lithuania. With degrees in English, English Literature and Management, she has been lecturing at the university level for ten years. Her current research interests include Human Resource Management,Management Education, and Marketing Education.
