Dr Susan McKenzie is a Lecturer in Education with interests in the fields of early childhood education, family-school collaboration and inclusive education practice. She is an experienced early childhood teacher and her research focuses on inclusive education practice, early literacy, and collaboration between parents, families and education services. She also has particular interest and experience in action research and interpretive research approaches.
Ms Christine Glass is a lecturer in education and a Doctoral candidate. Her interests include English teaching in early and middle school, the role of leadership in developing collaborative practices within the learning community, and the value of positive relationships within the classroom and beyond. Her research focuses on changing practice and pre service and beginning teachers. She is an experienced teacher and has enjoyed an interesting and varied career in teaching and learning working as a classroom teacher, an administrator, an education officer, and a consultant within a variety of educational contexts.
