Learner Learning Styles as a Response to Lecturer Factor: A Case Study of Account Studies Students in an Institutions of Higher Learning
This articles describes the findings of a qualitative research on how learners adapt and adopt learning styles in relation the lecturer factor and quality of teaching.

Jamaliah Abdul Hamid is a Senior Lecturer at the Universiti Putra Malaysia. She teaches and does research in the area of Educational Administration and Leadership. She also holds the position of Deputy Director in charge of Knowledge Management of the university, and has conducted research and published papers and books in that specialization as well.
Dr. Zaidatol is a professor in the Vocational Education Department of the Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She lectures in Entrepreneurial Leadership.
Dr. Rahil is associate professor in the Department of Foundations of Education in the Faculty of Educational Studies in Universiti Putra Malaysia. She teaches Research Methodology.
