The Evaluation of a Standards-Based Educational Leadership Program
The evaluation involved collecting data and student perceptions on the content, relevance, delivery, and quality of the standards-based educational leadership program. Data was collected from students, professors, administrators and school leader-mentors to support the evaluation. Analysis and inferences inform the conclusions and the recommendations for changes. Emerging work in standards for school leaders in Alberta is also introduced.

They have also launched a study of leadership practices in school improvement settings in the Canadian province of Alberta. Art's most recent work has been to evaluate the implementation of the educational leadership program.
