The Educational Bridges Project consists of the research into and the design of a higher education e-newsletter dedicated to the concerns and challenges within the nonprofit sector. The newsletter is based upon the recognition that communication is both a medium and form of pedagogy that guides nonprofit activities (Kimoto, 2006a, 2006b, 2007). In extending the role of communication within this project, the following aspects are addressed: 1) the conceptual thinking underlying the lack of comparable e-educational tools within the nonprofit sector, 2) the theoretical and pedagogical principles of dialogue that inform the basis of the e-newsletter, and 3) the educational goals of the e-newsletter which may enlighten the field of nonprofit administration and serve as a model for other disciplines.
