The purpose of this study is to determine the students' opinions about the in-service teachers and the difficulties they meet during their practice.The study group is consisted of 197 fourth year students of elementary education department who take school experience course in 2005-2006 academic years.In this study content analysis,which is one of the qualitative research methods is used.Data is collected by using a questionnaire containing open ended questions.As a result most of the pre-service teachers stated that in-service teachers do not guide them.
