Normally, people study at the stage of youth to obtain adequate competency for their job. However, some of them leave school without learning appropriation for their life. They need to learn for life long learning. Some of them have an opportunity to learn when they are adults. They sometimes face a lot of obstacles to learn ,thus they left their courses unsuccessfully. This research aimed to investigate the results of utilizations on cooperative learning technology of short course students toward Basic Blouse Making on instruction management. Sample was thirty two short course students in 125 th batch, who registered in vocational course in the semester 2/2005 at Phranakorn Polytechnic College. Tools were 1) several media, material and model 2.) performance evaluation form, test , observation form of cooperative learning. The most important technique was to create appropriate learning environment for them. Students were tested before and after the experiment.
It was found that post test score was significantly different from the pre-test score. Students showed high to very high satisfaction levels with the management on cooperative learning. Each group of students were possible to make round neck blouse and the funnel neck blouse, meeting 80 to100 percent of criteria.
