To explore the students’ perception on the effectiveness of vocational program offered at the Institution of Higher Learning in Malaysia in facilitating lifelong learning. The research assessed in terms of course content, learning material, teaching and learning strategies, role of instructor, and support system. This study also examine how these factors influence students attitude towards learning and motivation to learn.

A senior lecturer in quantitative methods and management at MARA University of Technology since 2001 until 2006. Promoted to Senior Lecturer Level II at International Medical University, Bukit Jalil, Malaysia. Have conducted several research in service quality. Consultant to research methodology and SPSS training workshop at Sarawak Forestry Corporation. Presented a few papers at national and international level such as SEAAIR Conference at Universitas Widyatama, Indonesia (September 2005), Second International Business Research Conference at University of Technology, Sydney, Australia (December 2005), 5th Global Conference on Business and Economics at University of Cambridge, UK (July 2006).
