The presentation deals with the integration and assessment of values into the graduate and undergraduate education curriculum. Areas that will be addressed included the identification and definition of a values-based curriculum, assessment criteria, infusion of values into school and department philosophy, and a look at the infusion process. Accreditation issues dealing with value infused programs will be discussed. The primary focus and outcome of the presentation will be the importance of personal values integration to serve as a moral compass, safety net; and insurer of professional ethical decision making in undergraduate and graduate education majors.
