Under the technological developments, a business must be in compliance with the new conditions in order to maintain its existence in this changing environment. One of the instruments to actualize this compliance is training and development. In order to achieve training and development, the requirements of education must have a planned analysis.
In this study the training needs analysis, besides stressing the importance of providing the compliance of the business to the changing conditions is also focused on the methods and instruments that can be used in determining the training needs for businesses.
Furthermore, besides analyzing the problems that can be confronted during the analysis of the training needs, proposal of solutions to the problems are developed.
The following factors must be considered during the determination of the need for education:
• Requirements of the organization,
• Vocational requirements,
• Individual requirements,
The analysis of the training needs must indeed be determined accurately. Otherwise, a training inaccurately applied, will cause an unnecessary rise in cost for the business. Although the continuity of education for a firm is adopted as a principle, to give training at the right time, to the right persons, about the right subjects and with the right methods has vital importance for a business.
