Steven R. Aragon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource Education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. His research and teaching interests focus on adult learning, cross-cultural learning, and program evaluation within the context of the community college leadership thrust of the Department. Dr Aragon received his Ph.D. in Adult Learning Theory from the University of New Mexico.
