The 21st century is called the era of creativity. The theme of “Creative Taiwan” is treated as the new vision and creative teaching has become one of the most important topics in Taiwan. However, traditional learning effectiveness assessments are no longer suitable for creativity evaluation.
By using content analysis from a review of available literature and consultation with experts in order to develop expert validity for this measure scale, a creative learning effectiveness scale was developed. For the purpose of verifying the measure scale, a target audience was chosen from northern, central and southern Taiwan. Finally, the scale proposed in this study may help teachers better understand the effectiveness of student’s cognitive creativity & affective influence in their learning ability.
