Janet lectures in Organisation Behaviour/Human Resource Management in the Faculty of Business and Enterprise, Swinburne University of Technology. Her PhD research concerns the responses of university lecturers to diversity in the classroom.

Assoc. Prof. Irene Tempone

Dr Irene Tempone researches in the area of approaches to student learning with one of the focii being approaches to groupwork. She also researches the learning approaches of academics when faced with new challenges within the university structure.

Trevor Tyson

Trevor lectures in Organisation Behaviour/Human Resource Management in the Faculty of Business and Enterprise at Swinburne University of Technology. His current research interest is in the psychodynamics of small and large learning groups.
