Dr Lamb Kistler holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Delaware (1994) and currently teaches courses in the undergraduate program in elementary education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is interested in language learning, language policy and planning, English as a Second Language, and pre-service teacher education.
