From 1989 I have held several leadership roles, including primary school counsellor, deputy principal and principal, and worked closely with the Southern Vales District Superintendent as the Schools District Coordinator. I have been actively involved in several educational reforms in school, district and state settings. These include the implementation of the Southern Vales Early Literacy Project across 16 schools, local school management in all district schools and being the lead school in a cluster of schools in the National Boys' Education Lighthouse Schools Program.
