Born in Barnaul, USSR, in 1948 my parents made Alyia. Served in the Israeli army in the intelligence. B.A. of Arts, The Tel-Aviv University. Move with my husband in 1973 to the USA. Master of Arts in Education Pennsylvania State university. Moved to Cape-Town South Africa (1982-1987). Graduated from Cape-Town university PhD (curriculum planing and evaluation). Living since 1987 in Haifa, Israel.
