Alison Reynolds

Alison Reynolds is the Programme Leader for the School of Communication at the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, New Zealand. She has established an online Graduate Diploma of Technical Communication that has been running successfully for five years. Alison has also been part of a cyber team responsible for developing several online projects. She will complete a Masters of Business Management this year (2001) and has a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration and an ‘Online Education and Training’ Course through the Institute of Education, London University. Her research has included projects on virtual communities, audience analysis, usability testing, and information design.
