Dr Barbara Heuer
Barbara Heuer has been teaching in the Adult Education field for 7 years. Her research interests are information literacy and adult development. She has experience as a university librarian, director of a non-profit, and research consultant. She received her Ed.D. from the University of Georgia, U.S.A. and holds an M.L.S. from Rutgers University.
